Let it be known that Camille Charrière is not a one-trick-pony. I first came across Camille on YouTube, spilling all her secrets to achieve that French girl je ne sais quoi. This included knit tanks that could get you laid, the ever so classic Breton stripe top, and enough kitten heels to make a girl go crazy. Upon further inspection and some light social media stalking, I was hooked. I have to thank Camille for opening my eyes to vintage Levi 501’s, ultrashort hemlines, and my (her) signature silver sparkle manicure.

Although she can pull off a t-shirt and jeans just about anywhere, Camille is constantly catching the eyes of streetstyle photographers for her cool and daring looks. In true French-girl fashion, Camille recommends mixing old and new, luxury and basic. She could easily be seen doting Old-Celine to the farmers market in a pair of Converse or lounging in men’s boxers and cashmere. Camille unapologetically insists that there is no such thing as too many LBD’s and when asked to describe her style, she bums the phrase off one of her friends and favorite designers, Cate Holstein, “feminine, timeless, twist of trash.” Proving Camille’s sense of style is far from disposable, her style influences range from the Olsen sisters to Princess Diana. Although working out is not exactly Camille’s forte, a Di-inspired athleisure look would be right up her alley.
Although Camille now spends many of her workdays video hosting for Louis Vuitton or gala-attending in Cannes, she still writes and is written about often. Her latest written work spans from fashion, interior design, and most recently, her highly covetable Parisian wedding. Her cheeky writing style shows off smarts and wit with each sentence, and recent titles such as “Can Someone with A PhD in Furnishings Explain Why Buying a Nice Sofa Is So Hard” and “Camille Charrière on the Joy of Miniskirts,” prove just that.
